About the lecture
Prof. Dale T. Mortensen, the 2010 Nobel Laureate in Economics has given talk on “Markets with Search Friction and the Great Recession”. It has taken place at Chr. Hansen Auditorium at the University of Copenhagen.
This lecture has been organized by The Royal Academy Denmark

Event experience: It was interesting to hear more about the experience of Mr. Mortensen in which he talked about Microeconomics principle and their unpredictability due to human behaviors. For me, it was interesting to hear his perspective about movement of people in different sectors. His work about ‘search equilibrium’ (disparity among finding each other, i.e. Employers and employee) was particularly interesting.
